The organization is a non-profit, politically and religiously neutral association and represents the principle of religious, ideological and ethnic tolerance and neutrality. The association's areas of work include the following aspects: ethnicity, culture, social issues, ecology and economics. The association is firmly opposed to intolerance, racism, homophobia, exclusion, discrimination and any form of political extremism. It promotes a just society with equal opportunities for all, the inclusion of people with disabilities, the integration of refugees and people with disabilities, as well as equality and equal treatment of people of all genders.

The association also serves the sporting and health well-being of the population, placing particular emphasis on high-quality education, training, further education and qualification in the sense of promoting lifelong learning. In order to achieve its general goals, the association plans, organizes and implements projects, measures, activities and events and concludes both domestic and foreign strategic partnerships in its respective fields of work.
