What we do

National and international projects

The general purpose of the association "ARSU Academy for Lifelong Learning and Development Germany eV" is divided into national and international projects in the following areas:


  • science and research
  • Use of digital technology and information and communication technology in the education sector
  • improving the quality of the education and vocational training system
  • Promotion of education, general and vocational training including student assistance
  • Promoting and supporting youth employment and entrepreneurship
  • Support for people with physical, mental and emotional disabilities
  • Improving environmental awareness in global society
  • Promoting gender equality and the role of women in society
  • animal welfare
  • International spirit, tolerance in all areas of culture and the idea of international understanding
  • crime prevention

Activities in the sports, artistic, cultural and social fields and educational events

The programs, activities and events that serve to achieve the association's purpose include:

  • German and integration courses
  • teacher training programs and courses
  • adult education programs and courses
  • on-the-job training
  • programs/courses for personal development
  • Open offers for children, families and seniors, especially to support family togetherness (e.g. through joint activities such as sports, board games, creative work, excursions)
  • Promoting health and health awareness (e.g. through exercise/educational programs)
  • Coaching courses, NLP training, holistic transform coaching and holotropic breathing coaching
  • Promoting health and health awareness (e.g. health prevention through exercise / educational events)
  • Promoting intercultural competence and international exchange through, for example, educational trips
  • Culture-specific courses such as cooking, art, music and folk dance courses, which promote intercultural openness

Consulting, support and implementation

This is particularly about free advice and support in social, health, educational and school areas. This includes, among others:

  • Counseling and support for mentally and physically impaired people and their relatives

  • Social counseling: support in filling out forms, dealing with authorities, submitting applications

  • Parental counseling: Advice to parents on educational and parenting matters
